TechnoProLab provides warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment and monitoring systems of our partners.

Service is carried out strictly in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions and recommendations.

TechnoProLab provides a detailed service report after maintenance, including photographs of any damage, contamination, and deviations.
If replacement parts are required, only original manufacturer spare parts are used.

If it is not possible to physically service your equipment at the TechnoProLab facility, we arrange shipment of the equipment to the manufacturer and support the entire process until your equipment is returned.

Training

TechnoProLab provides training, equipment and monitoring system demonstrations, and consultations for our customers regarding their application.

 

During demonstrations at TechnoProLab, customers can gain practical experience in using the equipment and see how the equipment and monitoring systems operate.

 

You will have the opportunity to physically test the equipment and systems, receive answers to your questions, and address any issues that may arise during testing.

 

Most importantly, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience working with the equipment and monitoring systems, as well as an understanding of how to apply them to solve your professional needs.
