The Ellab thermocouple sensors for thermal validation, are made of high quality materials that allows for a fast response time, stable measuring and a high accuracy.
The SSS type T thermocouple sensor functions in the measuring range of -20 to +135 °C, with an unmatched accuracy of <0.2 °C (calibrated ± 0.05 °C). The thermocouples consists of a cable with a USB plug attached that saves the calibration constants. The SSS sensor has a reinforced cable (Ø 4.0 mm) and is ideal for food applications involving smoke houses. The wired sensors work in conjunction with the Thermal Validation System E-Val™ Pro Plus.
