In 2020, a quality system was developed and implemented in accordance with DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015).

Quality policy

The quality policy of LLC “Technoprolab” is aimed at meeting customer requirements and improving the quality management system, which is developed and implemented in accordance with the DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015) standard.

The scope of the company’s activities is the provision of services for:

  • supply of equipment, systems, and components
  • diagnostics and repair of equipment
  • calibration of equipment
  • engineering and technical consulting
  • validation and qualification of equipment, systems, and processes

The management of LLC “Technoprolab” directs its efforts and undertakes commitments for:

  • defining the policy and objectives in the field of quality

The implementation of the quality policy of LLC “Technoprolab” is ensured by the conscious support of the quality management system by all personnel of the company, comprehensive analysis of data on its functioning at all levels, mandatory registration and analysis of nonconformities and their causes, complaints, suggestions, and requirements of all interested parties, and timely implementation of effective corrective actions and improvement measures.
